P1 are visiting the Science Centre on Thursday for our trip. We are going to a session called "Know Your Gnashers". Money can be brought for the shop but no more than £5 per person. Please remember a packed lunch. Children's usual lunch boxes will be fine as there is a place for us to store them.
Children will continue to get reading home from now until the last week of term however written homework will only be given for the next few weeks.
Please remember to put sun cream on your child before they come to school as we will be taking advantage of the good weather.
Diary Dates
Friday 25th June - 'Sports Day' (children should wear a t-shirt with their house colour)
Monday 28th June - Prize Giving' at 1.00pm in Struthers Memorial Church (everyone welcome - children should be taken home when it finishes)
Tuesday 29th June - 'Winning House' - day out - all other children in school as usual
Wednesday 30th June - 'Holidays' - school closes at 12.00pm
